Air Dryer

Usage:

Remove & Install Air Dryer

1. Release the pressure in the starting and service air reservoir.

------ WARNING! ------

To prevent possible personal injury, make sure the pressure in the air system is zero before any air lines are disconnected.

--------WARNING!------

NOTE: Put identification marks on the four lines for correct installation.

2. Disconnect hoses (2), (3), (4), and (5) from air dryer (1).

3. Disconnect wire harness (7) from the air dryer.

4. Remove the four bolts that hold the air dryer to the frame and two clips (6). Remove air dryer (1).

NOTE: For disassembly of the air dryer, see Air Dryer Disassembly And Assembly, Form No. SENR7474-05.

NOTE: The following steps are for installation of the air dryer.

5. Put air dryer and two clips (6) in position on the frame, and install the four bolts that hold them in place.

6. Connect hoses (2), (3), (4), and (5) to air dryer (1).

7. Connect wire harness (7) to the air dryer.
