Usage:
1. Loosen the hose clamp that holds the muffler to exhaust elbow (1). Remove the muffler and tail pipe as a unit from exhaust elbow (1).
2. Remove the bolt and clamp (6) that hold oil inlet line (5) to oil outlet line (7). Remove the bolts and lines (5) and (7) from the turbocharger and engine.
3. Loosen two hose clamps (3), and remove hose (4).
4. Loosen hose clamp (2).
5. Remove four bolts (8) and exhaust elbow (1) from the exhaust manifold.
6. Remove four nuts (10) that hold the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.
7. Remove turbocharger (9) and the gasket from the exhaust manifold.
NOTE: The following steps are for installation of the turbocharger.
8. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the studs that hold the turbocharger in place.
9. Put the gasket and turbocharger (9) in position on the exhaust manifold. Install the four nuts that hold the turbocharger in place. Tighten them to a torque of 54 ± 5.5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb.ft.).
10. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts that hold the exhaust elbow to the exhaust manifold.
11. Put exhaust elbow (1) in position on the exhaust manifold, and install the bolt that hold it.
12. Put oil inlet line (7) and oil outlet line (5) in position on the engine and turbocharger. Install the bolts that hold them in place. Install clamp (6) that holds lines (5) and (7) together.
13. Put hose (4) in position, and tighten two hose clamps (3) that hold it in place.
14. Tighten hose clamp (2).
