Usage:
START BY:
a. remove compressor clutch and pulley
1. Remove seal (1) from the inside diameter of the coil housing.
2. Put a mark on the bracket at the location of the terminal on the coil. The mark is necessary to install the coil in the correct position.
3. Use tool (A) to remove snap ring (2) that holds the coil in place. Remove coil (3) from the compressor.
4. Remove seal (4) from the coil.
5. Remove O-ring seal (5) from the back of the coil.
Install Compressor Coil
1. Install a new seal (1) on the coil with the rubber side toward the coil.
2. Install a new O-ring seal (2) on the back of the coil.
3. Install the coil on the compressor with terminal (3) on the coil in alignment with the mark that was put on the bracket during the coil removal.
4. Use tool (A) to install snap ring (4) with the flat side of the snap ring toward the coil.
5. Install seal (5) over the snap ring.
