Description of Change: A new oil filter base is used in the oil filter groups on these enignes. The new oil filter base is made from a different material that will result in a much stronger oil filter base.

Adaptable To: The new 161-0083 Oil Filter Base is a direct replacement for the former 2W-3988 Oil Filter Base in the 7C-9591 and 1W-0798 Oil Filter Groups on these engines. The former oil filter base is canceled.
