Evaporator Coil - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove hydraulic lockout control
- Remove right armrest assembly
- Remove seat
- Recover the air conditioner refrigerant from the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the Procedure. Refer to Special Publication NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools

- Remove bolts (9).

- Disconnect harness assembly (11).

- Remove bolts (12) and blower motor (13).

- Disconnect hose assemblies (19).
- Remove Evaporator coil (20).
- Install the evaporator coil (20) in the reverse order or removal.
