Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the bucket

1. Lower the boom onto Tooling (A). Lower stick (1) to the ground, as shown.

2. Remove nuts (2) and bolt (3).

3. Remove pin (4).

4. Remove nuts (5) and bolt (6).

5. Remove pin (7).

6. Disconnect hose assemblies (8).

7. Attach a suitable lifting device (9) and remove pin (10). The stick cylinder (11) weighs approximately 77kg (170 lb)

1. Install the stick cylinder (11) in the reverse order of removal.
