A New Wastegate Bellows Assembly Is Used for Certain 3512C Heavy-Duty Locomotive Engines {1059}

Description Of Change: The new bellows assembly has a smaller inner liner to prevent lateral interference issues with the convolutions of the bellows.
Adaptable To: The new 490-0654 Bellows As replace the former 239-3922 Bellows As.
Install the new bellows assembly with 1W-4658 Clamps.
The new bellows assembly is adaptable to the above engines back to first production.
Note: This solution only applies to serial number prefix S/N:F2X engines that are fitted with a wastegate.
This change is effective for serial numbers S/N:F2X00373-UP.
