Engine Oil Pan - Disassemble
Start By:
- Remove the engine oil pan.

- Remove screen (1) from the housing.

Illustration 4 g00632999 - Remove tube assembly (4). Remove the O-ring seal on tube assembly (4).
- Remove housing (5). Remove the O-ring seal from housing (5).

- Remove bolts (6). Remove cover (8). The suction screen is externally mounted behind the cover inside the tube assembly. Remove bolts (9). If necessary, remove tee (7).

- Remove tube assembly (12). Remove the O-ring seals from tube assembly (12).
Note: Check the O-ring seals for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seals.
