Start By:
- Remove the auxiliary pump (sea water).
- Remove the fuel transfer pump.
- Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Illustration 1 g03116360 - Disconnect hose assembly (6). Remove bolts (3) and bolt (2).
- Remove band clamps (1). Remove hose (4) and elbow (5).

Illustration 2 g03068456 - Remove nuts (7) and remove auxiliary water pump (8). Discard the O-ring seal and use a new O-ring seal for installation.
- Install auxiliary water pump (8) in the reverse order of removal.
- Secure the O-ring seal for auxiliary water pump (8) with Tooling (A).
