- Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Illustration 1 g03068258 - Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and remove the adapters.
- Disconnect outlet bonnet (3) and discard the O-ring seal. Use a new O-ring seal for installation.
- Remove water temperature regulator assembly (2).

- Remove water temperature regulator (5).

Illustration 3 g03068248 - Remove lip seal (7).
- Install water temperature regulator (5) in the reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate the seal run surface for lip seal (7) with Tooling (A).
- Use Tooling (B) to secure O-ring seals (4) and (6). Use Tooling (B) to secure the O-ring seal for outlet bonnet (3).
