Heat Exchanger - Remove and Install - Sea Water
- Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Illustration 1 g03068536 - Remove band clamps (3) and band clamps (6).
- Disconnect hoses (2) and hose (5).
- Remove bolts (4). Use two people to remove heat exchanger (1). The weight of heat exchanger (1) is approximately
24 kg (53 lb) .
- Install heat exchanger (1) in the reverse order of removal.
