Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove and Install - Sea Water

Usage:

C18 DTP

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the expansion tank (scac).

  1. Loosen clamp (1). Remove elbow (2) and hose (3).

  2. Disconnect hose assembly (4) and loosen clamp (6). Remove elbow (7).

  3. Remove auxiliary water pump (5) and discard the gasket. Use a new gasket for installation.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install auxiliary water pump (5) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten clamps (6) and (1) to a torque of 18.5 ± 1.5 N·m (164 ± 13 lb in).
