Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove and Install - Sea Water
Start By:
- Remove the expansion tank (scac).
- Loosen clamp (1). Remove elbow (2) and hose (3).
- Disconnect hose assembly (4) and loosen clamp (6). Remove elbow (7).
- Remove auxiliary water pump (5) and discard the gasket. Use a new gasket for installation.

- Install auxiliary water pump (5) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten clamps (6) and (1) to a torque of
18.5 ± 1.5 N·m (164 ± 13 lb in) .
- Tighten clamps (6) and (1) to a torque of
