Fuel Temperature Sensor - Remove and Install

Usage:

C32 DSJ

Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the fuel supply valve to the OFF position.

  2. Disconnect harness assembly (1).

  3. Remove fuel temperature sensor (2) from the fuel filter base.

  4. Remove the O-ring seal from fuel temperature sensor (2).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel temperature sensor (2) in the reverse order.

    1. Tighten fuel temperature sensor (2) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).
