Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the ladder.

1. Remove bolts (1). Use two people in order to remove grill (2) and grill (3). The weight of each grill (2) and grill (3) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

2. Disconnect harness assemblies (4) and remove the connecting hardware.

3. Attach a suitable lifting device onto handrail (5) and cover (6). The weight of handrail (5) and cover (6) is approximately 111 kg (245 lb). Remove bolts (7). Remove bolts (8). Remove handrail (5) and cover (6).

4. Remove bolts (9).

5. Remove bracket assembly (10). Disconnect tube (11).

6. Disconnect tube (12).

7. Attach a suitable lifting device onto aftercooler core (13). The weight of aftercooler core (13) is approximately 104 kg (230 lb).

8. Remove bolts (14). Remove bracket assembly (15). Remove aftercooler core (13).

Installation Procedure

1. Install aftercooler core (13) in the reverse order of removal.
