A new one piece gasket for the engine oil pan is used on certain C18 Marine Engines. Also, the new gasket has the following features, which are shown in Illustration 1. The new gasket helps to eliminate oil leaks.

Adaptable To: The gasket is adaptable back to the first production of the engine. The 345-0412 Gasket is a direct replacement for the 188-0210 Gasket.

The change is effective at the factory with the engine serial number JKX00265-UP.

Note: The 345-0412 Gasket is also available for the following Marine Engines that are listed in the serial number's list: 3406E, C15 and C18. The 345-0412 Gasket can replace the 4N-1151 Gasket or the 4N-3661 Oil Pan Gasket.
