Usage:
627B ( 37V, 38V ),
637D ( 20W, 21W, 22W, 23W ) Scrapers;
3304 Engines (2B, 4B, 5B),
3306 Engines ( 66D, 67D ) and D333C Engines ( 23C ) Equipped With Electric Shut-Off Groups
Description of Change: A change has been made to the electric shut-off group on the above models. A spring and washer have been added to the shut-off solenoid to give a more positive return of the plunger to the normal (running or fuel-on) position after the engine is stopped. Formerly, magnetic forces in some conditions held the plunger in the shut-off position. With the plunger in the shut-off position, the engine can not be started.
Installation of 7N9966 Spring and 5J9105 Washer.
Adaptable To: The spring and washer can be installed on all engines that are equipped with the earlier electric shut-off solenoid.
