测量下列绕组的电阻值： (L1), (L2), (L3), (L4) 和 (L5). 测量电阻前必须把要测试的绕组与其它元件脱开。
注: 绕组的温度影响电阻值。 绕组温度升高时，绕组电阻增大。 绕组温度降低时，绕组电阻减小。 因此只有当绕组在室温时才能进行正确的测量。
下面的电阻测量值是近似值。 如果测得的值与所列的近似值不接近，绕组很可能损坏。 有关更准确的电阻值，请咨询技术市场信息 (TMI) 部门。 参见有关的发电机配置。
下列各绕组的电阻非常小： (L2), (L4) 和 (L5). 它们的电阻值接近于 0 欧姆。 应使用毫欧表来测量绕组的电阻。
励磁机转子 (L2) - 请参看表2。
主定子 (L4) - 小于 0.1 欧姆
副励磁机定子 (L5) - 小于 0.1 欧姆
使用万用表来测量磁场绕组 (L1) 和 (L3) 的电阻。
励磁机磁场（定子） (L1) - 请参看表2。
主磁场（转子） (L3) - 大约 0.35 欧姆至 1.2 欧姆
注: 在任何绕组与地面之间均不应导通。 在任一绕组与另一绕组之间也不应导通。
