热的冷却液、蒸汽和碱会造成人身伤害。 在工作温度下，发动机冷却液是热的而且处在压力下。 散热器和所有到加热器的管路或发动机中都有热的冷却液或蒸汽。 与它们的任何接触都会造成严重烫伤。 只有当发动机停机且冷却系统压力盖已经冷却到可以徒手触摸时，再慢慢拆下冷却系统压力盖以释放压力。 不要试图在冷却液还热的时候去拧紧软管接头，软管会脱落而造成灼伤。 警告：冷却系统的冷却液添加剂含碱。 应避免它与皮肤和眼睛接触。 |
- 断开两个软管 (1) 和两个螺栓 (2)。

- 拆下两个螺栓 (7) 和两个螺栓 (8)。
- 断开冷却液液位传感器 (9) 并拆下膨胀水箱（SCAC） (10)。

- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装膨胀水箱 (8)。
- 使用工具 (A) 润滑 O 形圈。
