Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the fuel filter base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Filter Base - Remove and Install".

1. Disconnect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Disconnect".

2. Remove nuts (6) from inlet manifold (3) .

3. Remove cable straps (4) and disconnect harness assemblies (2) and (5). Position harness assembly out of the way.

4. Remove tube assembly (1) .

5. Disconnect cable assemblies (7) .

6. Remove nuts (8) and remove bracket (9) .

7. Remove bolts (10) .

8. Remove inlet manifold (3) and starting aid (11) .
