Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove hood.

Note: The hood must be removed from the machine to remove panels. If not, the hood support could warp and become damaged.

Note: The supports illustrated in the Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install" have been removed in this story for photographic purposes.

1. Remove bolts (1). Remove bolts (3) and repeat for the other side.

2. Use two people to remove top hood panel (1).

3. Remove nuts (5). Remove left side hood panel (4). Repeat for the right side hood panel.

4. Remove bolts (7), (8), and (9). Use two people to remove right side panel (6). Repeat for the left side panel.

5. Remove bolts (10) and (11). Repeat for the other side

6. Use two people to remove top panel assembly (12).

7. Remove bolts (16) and repeat for the other side. Remove nuts (15) and screws (13).

8. Use two people to remove rear panel assembly (14).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the panels in the reverse order of removal.
