Transmission Oil Cooler Core - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Release the hydraulic system pressure.
- Connect the steering frame lock.
- Remove the crankcase guard.
- Open grill (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

- Remove shield assemblies (1) .
- Remove tube (5), tube hump (4), and elbow (3) .

- Disconnect hose assemblies (8) and (9). Remove support (6), bonnet (7), the flange, and the gaskets.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to transmissin oil cooler core (11). The weight of transmissin oil cooler core (11) is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).

- Disconnect tube assembly (12). Remove bolts (10). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove transmissin oil cooler core (11) from the machine.
Installation Procedure
- Install transmissin oil cooler core (11) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten the clamps for tube hump (4) and elbow (3) to a torque of 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (66.38 ± 8.85 lb in).
