Transmission Oil Cooler Core - Remove and Install

Usage:

854K H9K

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Release the hydraulic system pressure.
  2. Connect the steering frame lock.
  3. Remove the crankcase guard.

  1. Open grill (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

  1. Remove shield assemblies (1) .

  1. Remove tube (5), tube hump (4), and elbow (3) .

  1. Disconnect hose assemblies (8) and (9). Remove support (6), bonnet (7), the flange, and the gaskets.

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device to transmissin oil cooler core (11). The weight of transmissin oil cooler core (11) is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).

  1. Disconnect tube assembly (12). Remove bolts (10). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove transmissin oil cooler core (11) from the machine.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install transmissin oil cooler core (11) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten the clamps for tube hump (4) and elbow (3) to a torque of 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (66.38 ± 8.85 lb in).
