Installation Procedure

1. Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) onto engine enclosure (2). Attach a suitable lifting device onto Tooling (A) and Tooling (B). The weight of engine enclosure (2) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb). Use Tooling (B) in order to level engine enclosure (2). Install engine enclosure (2).

2. Connect harness assembly (9). Install new cable straps.

3. Install bolts (7) into the bottom side of frame assembly (8).

4. Install bolts (6) into engine enclosure (2).

5. Install bolts (5) into engine enclosure (2).

6. Install bracket assembly (4) in engine enclosure (2). Repeat for the opposite side.

7. Connect harness assembly (3) to the lights. Repeat for the opposite side.

8. Install panel (1) to engine enclosure (2).

9. Connect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Connect".
