Note: The contents of the "Setup Menu" dialog are site configurable. Depending on the "Operator Configuration" settings of your system and machine setting, the number of items in the "Setup Menu" may vary. Refer to your site supervisor if a specific option is not available.

You can set the Plan View to rotate so that the machine is always heading up the display, or the Plan View is always drawn north-up.

In order to access the "Plan View Rotation" dialog, complete the following steps:

1. From the "Setup Menu - Configuration" dialog, press the up arrow key or the down arrow key until "Plan View Rotation" is highlighted.

2. Press the "OK" key.

   The "Plan View Rotation" dialog that is shown in Illustration 1 appears.

3. Press the up arrow key or the down arrow key in order to select "Rotation" or "Autopan".

   If you select "Rotation", the Plan View on the Display rotates in order to keep the machine heading up the display.

   If you deselect "Rotation", the Plan View on the Display is always drawn north-up.

4. Press the up arrow key or the down arrow key in order to select "Rotation" or "Autopan".

   If you select "Autopan", the Plan View on the Display pans the display in order to keep the machine displayed..

   If you deselect "Autopan", the Plan View on the Display will not pan if the machine drives off the Display.

5. Press the "OK" key in order to confirm the setting. Alternatively, press the "ESC" key in order to return to the "Setup Menu - Configuration" dialog without saving the changes.

6. Press the "ESC" key in order to exit the "Setup Menu - Configuration" dialog. The changes take effect immediately.
