在拆卸和安装配重块时如果配重块坠落，会引起人身伤亡。 拆卸和安装配重块时，禁止人员在其下方或附近逗留。 确保提吊设备状况良好，并且提升能力达到配重块的重量。 |
- 将上部结构与履带平行放置。
- 起动发动机。 调整发动机转速到全油门发动机转速的三分之一。
- 打开右后方的检修门以检修配重控制阀。

- 向上移动开关 (2) 至接通位置。
- 向上移动操纵杆 (3) 以伸出配重油缸。 伸出配重油缸，直到起吊链上产生张力。
- 卸下螺栓 (5) 。 升起板组件 (4) 。 松开螺栓 (6) 。 定位连杆 (7) 以支撑板组件 (4) 。
