Turbocharger Outlet Pressure Sensor - Remove and Install

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect harness assembly (2).
- Remove turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1) from the cylinder head.
- Remove the O-ring seal from turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1).

- Install a new O-ring seal on turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1).
- Install turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (1) in the cylinder head and tighten to a torque of
10 ± 2 N·m (89 ± 18 lb in) . - Connect harness assembly (2).
