Engine Enclosure Group - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Disconnect".

- Remove plugs (2) from panel assembly (1) .

- Remove bolts (3) in order to remove panel assembly (1) .

- Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.
- Open door assembly (4) in order to remove door assembly (4) from the hinges.

- Repeat Step 5 for the opposite side.
- Open door assembly for control panel (5) in order to remove door assembly for control panel (5) from the hinges.

- Remove panel assembly (6) .

- Remove bolts (8) in order to disconnect exhaust elbow (7) from the engine. Remove the gasket.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure group (9). The weight of engine enclosure group (9) is approximately 110 kg (240 lb).

- Remove bolts (10) in order to remove engine enclosure group (9) .

Installation Procedure
- Attach a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure group (9). The weight of engine enclosure group (9) is approximately 110 kg (240 lb).

- Position engine enclosure group (9) on the base and install bolts (10) .

- Position the gasket on exhaust elbow (7). Connect exhaust elbow (7) to the engine and install bolts (8) .

- Install panel assembly (6) .

- Install door assembly for control panel (5) on the hinges.

- Repeat Step 6 for the opposite side.
- Position panel assembly (1) on the engine enclosure group and install bolts (3) .
