Introduction

The Quicklub Lubrication System by Lincoln Industrial is a automatic progressive single line system.

In a Quicklub system, lubricant is supplied through a fully automated system. The system uses a pump that is electric or a pump that is pneumatic. The system also uses metering valves that are the progressive type.

More than a drilled manifold block, the SSV metering valve incorporates a series of metering pistons, which accurately dispense lubricant from each outlet. Visual monitoring is provided with an indicator. The indicator shows that the valve has completed a full cycle.
