Crankshaft Pulley - Remove and Install

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Remove the belts. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Illustration 1 g00952102 - Remove bolts (1). Remove thrust block (2).
- Remove pulley (3) from crankshaft (4).
- Position pulley (3) onto crankshaft (4).
- Lubricate the threads and the shoulder of bolts (1). Position thrust block (2) and install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) evenly to a final torque of
115 N·m (85 lb ft) . - Install the belts. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
