系统运作描述:

操作时,油门操纵杆系应无发卡或阻力过大现象。 当油门位置传感器没有连接到油门上时,油门应在1秒钟内回到低怠速位置。 进行机械油门位置传感器标定时需要使用卡特彼勒电子技师(ET)。

测试步骤 1. 检查和调整油门操纵杆系。

  1. 检查油门操纵杆系部件有无下列情况:

    • 松动

    • 弯曲

    • 折断

    • 缺失

    • 磨损

  1. 将发动机控制置于断电/复位(OFF/RESET)模式。

  1. 将卡特(Cat)ET与维修工具接头相连接。

  1. 将发动机控制置于通电(ON)模式。 不要起动发动机。

  1. 观察卡特(Cat)ET的"监测油门位置传感器信号"屏幕上指示的占空比。

  1. 将油门操纵杆置于低怠速位置。 调整油门操纵杆系。 调整低怠速调定螺钉。

预期结果:

当油门处于低怠速时,占空比应为5%至10%。 调整结束后,当油门操纵杆移离低怠速位置时,占空比应将增加。

结果:

  • 与预期结果一致 - 进行步骤2。

  • 与预期结果不符 - 油门位置传感器有问题。

    修复: 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "油门位置传感器电路 -测试"。

    停止

测试步骤 2. 调整油门操纵杆系。

  1. 将油门操纵杆置于高怠速位置。 调整油门操纵杆系。 调整高怠速调定螺钉。

预期结果:

当油门处于高怠速时,占空比应为90%至95%。 当在某些类型的操纵杆系上进行高怠速调整时,该调整可能会使低怠速位置发生变化。 重复进行低怠速调整以便确认低怠速调整的正确性。

结果:

  • 与预期结果一致 - 完成标定,并经确认。停止

  • 与预期结果不符 - 标定未完成,也未经确认。 油门位置传感器有问题。

    修复: 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "油门位置传感器电路 -测试"。

    停止
