The Removal of the Fuel Recirculation System is Required on Certain Engines. {1274}

Usage:

C15 BXS
Engine:
C11 (S/N: KCA1-UP)
C13 (S/N: KCB1-UP)
C15 (S/N: BXS1-UP)

Note: This procedure is only valid for the ACERT engines.

The fuel recirculation valve and the fuel recirculation lines are used on the heavy-duty engines with ACERT technology. The fuel recirculation system is no longer required on these engines that have the ACERT technology.

In July, these engines will be shipped without the fuel recirculation system. The following instructions and components can be used if there is a problem with the fuel recirculation system on these engines.
