NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS44925" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The engine harness needs to be repaired and rerouted on certain 902C2 and 903C2 Compact Wheel Loaders. The existing wiring can be damaged. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Check Service meter hours. If lesser than 10 hours: 1. Add the 479-4341 Bracket (binding plate) and bind the wiring. Refer to the Image1. Note: The 479-4341 Bracket (binding plate) has been provided individually. 2. Fix the wiring with a 3S-2093 Cable Strap. If exceeded 10 hours: 1. Cut the possible defect wiring (C). Return cut wiring (50mm) (D). 2. Add additional connecter (E) on cut wiring with three 9X-3402 Sockets, 155-2276 Wedge in 155-2260 Connector Plug Kit and 155-2267 Plug Assembly. 3. Add a new 495-8617 Jumper Harness Assembly and 479-4341 Bracket (binding plate) (G) and fix at extra binding. The two washers located between the sensor and the mounting bracket will not be reused. Tighten to a specified torque of 6 +/- 1 N.m. Note: The 479-4341 Bracket (binding plate) has been provided individually. 4. Bind the additional connector with the 495-8618 Jumper Harness Assembly with a new 7K-1181 Cable Strap (H). 5. Fix the wiring with a 3S-2093 Cable Strap. The binding plate has been provided individually. |
