In order to service the accessory drive assembly of a new engine or a remanufactured engine, install the correct shaft and the correct cage assembly.
The 163-2600 Cage As should not be used with the former 4P-3743 Shaft As. This combination will result in reduced oil flow to the bearings of the 141-7130 Adapter or the 137-8290 Adapter. Use only the 188-4783 Shaft As with the 163-2600 Cage As. The former 4P-3743 Shaft As must be used only with the former 7N-3009 Cage As.
The 188-4783 Shaft As has a through drilled oil hole and the 4P-3743 Shaft As does NOT have a through drilled oil hole.
