The new software includes a modification that will eliminate the erroneous logging of the Diagnostic Code of 1495-02 "E-trim Code Not Programmed".

Note: The logging of the Diagnostic Code of 1495-02 "E-trim Code Not Programmed" does not cause any engine problems or limitations of engine operation.

The table identifies part numbers of the flash files for the new software and the former software. The flash files for the new software are available in the Service Information System (SIS). Always reference the SIS in order to determine the most current software for the particular engine and the rating that is in question.

Note: Not all of the engines that are using the "Current Software" that is listed in the table will experience the erroneous logging of the Diagnostic Code of 1495-02 "E-trim Code Not Programmed".
