90° Elbows On Quick Disconnect Couplers Make Installation Easier{0690}

Usage:

Two 90° elbows are available for use with quick disconnect couplers. These elbows can be an advantage if the location of the nipple causes you to reach a long distance or if there is very little clearance for the installation of the coupler. These locations make installation of the coupler a one-handed operation. You must pull back on the sleeve while you push the coupler over the nipple. This is difficult when a hose is connected directly to the end of the coupler. With a 90° elbow installed between the coupler and the hose, you can pull back the sleeve with your fingers while the coupler is pushed onto the nipple with the palm of your hand.

3B6552 Elbow installed between 5P9702 Coupler and hose.
