Clean the orifice in the pressure control group during a transmission overhaul on the above models. Foreign material in the screen or the orifice can cause low pressure. If a new orifice is needed, the part number of the orifice and its application is shown in the chart. Be sure to use the correct orifice. Do not use one of the orifices shown in the chart in place of a pipe plug-type orifice.
