Detonation Sensor
爆震是燃烧发生后发动机发生的爆燃。 过量的机械应力和热应力可能降低发动机使用寿命。 有几种原因可能引起爆震。 例如空气 / 燃油混合气过浓、过载、高压缩比和进气歧管空气温度高。
空气 / 燃油混合气的燃烧先于火花点火,造成过早点火。 燃烧室中的热点可能是其原因。 过早点火可能的原因有不正确的火花塞、不正确安装的火花塞和燃烧室的沉积物。 爆震可能是过早点火的结果。 过早点火会有效提前点火正时。
尽管传感器可能指示爆震的存在,但故障可能是过早点火。 爆震的指示也可能由发动机机械噪音过度引起。
ECM 监测每个气缸上死点后 0-30 度的爆震。 这样可以避免检测到与爆震无关的振动。 因此,测试爆震传感器的 "Block Tap" 方法不能用于 G3500C 发动机。
