冷却系统流程图 |
冷却液由散热器底部流到离心式水泵。 水泵驱动冷却液在整个系统内流动。 水泵安装在正时齿轮箱前部。 水泵是喷油泵齿轮通过齿轮驱动的。
水泵驱动冷却液经正时齿轮箱前部的水道流到缸体左上侧的水套。 冷却液继续流动到缸体后部,部分冷却液流入机油冷却器中。 机油冷却器芯由铝制机油冷却器盖罩住。 机油冷却器芯上可以有五个板或者七个板。 机油冷却器位于缸体左侧,没有外部管路。
冷却液流过机油冷却器芯,流入缸体后部。 然后,冷却液流过缸体后部,流入缸盖后部。
冷却液继续经缸盖流入水温调节器壳体。 如果水温调节器关闭,冷却液直接经旁通水道流到水泵进口侧。 如果水温调节器开启,旁通水道关闭,冷却液流到散热器顶部。
