Electronic Control Module - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
- Disconnect hose assemblies (1) .

- Remove clip (2) and position hose assembly out of the way.
- Remove cover (3) .
- Loosen bolts (4) until the harness assemblies can be disconnected. Disconnect the harness assembly.
- Remove bolts (5). Remove electronic control module (6) from the engine.
Installation procedure
- Position electronic control module (6) on the engine. Install bolts (5) .

- Connect the harness assemblies. Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in).
- Install cover (3) .
- Install clip (2) .
- Connect hose assemblies (1) .
- Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
