只有有资格的维修人员才能进行该项保养工作。对于整个气门间隙调整步骤，请参考维修手册或与卡特彼勒代理商联系。 气门间隙调整不适当的卡特彼勒发动机工作效率会降低。 这样会使燃油消耗量增加和／或缩短发动机部件寿命。 |
如果气门间隙在公差范围内，则不必调整气门间隙。
如果间隙尺寸不在公差范围内，应进行气门间隙调整。
在发动机冷态时，调整气门间隙。 在发动机停机并取下气门室盖后，可认为发动机处于冷态下。
保养前要防止异物进入气缸盖和配气机构上部。 彻底清洁气门室盖周围的区域。
