检查缸体顶部是否有裂纹、损坏或是翘曲。
检查每个缸径。 确保其不会有划痕、锈蚀或是腐蚀。 使用 1P-3537 缸径千分表总成以测量每个缸径。 应在每个缸径的顶部、中间和底部进行测量。
若缸径超出使用限制，缸体应当进行翻新。 有关缸径及其公差，请参阅技术规格, "缸体"。
注: 在这些发动机上不能使用内径研磨工具进行加工。
