This system provides an indication when the engine control is shutting down the engine. The relay provides a common ground, a normally open contact, and a normally closed contact. The relay will be energized after the crank terminate speed has been attained. The relay will be de-energized if any of the following conditions occur:

• The engine is shutdown by the programmable engine monitoring system.

• The remote emergency stop switch is activated.

• The Customer Communication Module (CCM) has requested a normal shutdown.

• The CCM has requested an emergency stop shutdown.

• The overspeed verify feature has caused a shutdown.

• The engine is in the stop or the off state.

• The personality module interlock occurs.

• The speed drops below the crank terminate speed.

Use of this relay is a function of the installation.
