Unit Injector - Test

- 如果此步骤尚未进行，请检查燃油中有无空气。 请参阅测试与调整, "燃油中的空气 - 测试"。
- 拆下气门室盖，查找有无零件断裂。 修理或更换发现的所有断裂零件。 检查电磁阀的所有导线。 查看连接有无松动。 还要查看电线有无磨损或折断。 确保单体喷油器电磁阀的接头连接得当。 对每一根电线进行拉拔测试。

- 查看是否存在燃油渗漏迹象。 查明燃油渗漏的来源。 修复燃油渗漏的故障原因。
- 检查可疑单体喷油器所在气缸的气门间隙设定值。 请参阅测试与调整, "发动机气门间隙 - 检查 / 调整"。
- 确保固定单体喷油器的螺栓拧紧到正确的扭矩。 松开固定单体喷油器的螺栓，以检查扭矩。 用适当的扭矩拧紧螺栓。 关于正确的上紧程序，请参阅拆解和组装手册, "单体喷油器 - 安装"或技术参数手册, "单体喷油器"。
- 拆下可疑单体喷油器，检查单体喷油器有无暴露于冷却液中的迹象。 暴露于冷却液中将会引起喷油器产生锈蚀。 如果单体喷油器显示出暴露于冷却液中的迹象，拆下喷油器套筒并检查喷油器套筒。 如果喷油器套筒损坏，更换喷油器套筒。 检查单体喷油器有无过度的褐色变色一直延伸到超出喷油器尖端。 如果发现过度的变色，检查燃油的质量。 请参阅测试与调整, "燃油质量 - 测试"。 更换喷油器上的密封，重新安装喷油器。 请参阅拆解和组装手册, "单体喷油器 - 安装"。 另请参阅拆解和组装手册, "电子单体喷油器套筒 - 安装"。 检查喷油器有无高于喷油器底座表面的积碳。 积碳表明燃烧漏气。 应找到并修理漏气源。 如果燃烧漏气就是故障原因的话，则不用更换喷油器。
- 如果故障仍未得到解决，用新喷油器更换可疑喷油器。 为了核实新喷油器是否工作正常，进行断缸测试。 使用 Caterpillar 电子技师（ET）。
