Bearing Cup Cooling and Installation Procedure
注: 在室温下，轴承部件应被压入保持架、车轮或其他带有轴承部件的部件中。 如果无法实现，应按照以下指南冻结轴承杯。
- 轴承部件的冷冻温度不应低于 −54 °C (−65° F)。

- 轴承杯外径上的保护罩应拆下，然后放入冷冻箱内。
注: 如果未清除涂层或机油，防腐剂会变得非常硬并且非常粘。 冻结的涂层还会给安装带来困难。
- 当冻结的轴承杯与大气接触时，轴承表面将形成水。 轴承杯安装后，必须立刻擦干。 然后，轴承杯必须涂上油，以防在余下的装配过程中受到腐蚀。
注: 腐蚀损坏可能在极短的时间内发生。 因此，轴承杯应当在安装后尽快进行涂油处理。
- 轴承杯放在冷冻箱中的时间决不能超过一天或一个周末。
注: 低温会改变材料性质。 温度和时间会改变材料性质。 材料改变程度与冻结零件的时间成正比。 如果该零件放在冷冻箱中的时间过长，则其使用寿命会减少。
