3304B 发动机 | |
- 在 3304B 发动机上，拆下机油供油管 (26) 、机油回油管 (25) 和隔热罩 (27) 。 检查回油管 (25) 四周的 O 型密封圈。 如果 O 型密封圈损坏，应更换。 从涡轮增压器顶部拆下密封垫和滤网。
- 拆下六个螺母 (1) 和垫圈，然后拆下盖 (2) 。
注: 如果螺母与固定螺柱一起脱出壳体，将螺母 (1) 与固定螺柱分开。 在固定螺柱上涂覆螺纹密封胶，重新安装固定螺柱到深度 19.0 ± 0.8 mm (0.74 ± 0.03 in)。
注: 下图所示为 3306B 发动机的情况。

- 拆下中间螺栓 (3) 和隔套 (4) 。

- 安装中间螺栓 (3) 并保留 6.4 mm (.25 in) 的间隙。 如图所示，安装工具 (A) 。 拧紧螺柱，以便从燃油喷油泵凸轮轴上的锥体上松开燃油泵驱动齿轮。

- 拆下工具 (A) 和螺栓 (3) 。
- 拆下管组件 (5) 和 (11) 。 断开管组件 (8) 和 (9) 的一端。 断开卡箍 (10) 。 拆下两根螺栓 (7) 和垫圈，然后将滤清器底座 (6) 连同滤清器和密封垫一起拆下。

- 使用提升吊索和起重机将燃油喷油泵壳体和调速器固定。

- 断开电磁阀地线 (15) 。 拆下三个螺母 (16) 。 拆下两根螺栓 (17) 和垫圈。 从发动机上拆卸燃油喷油泵壳体和调速器。 要安全拆卸燃油喷油泵壳体和调速器，需要两名技师或适当的举升设备。 3304B 燃油喷油泵壳体和调速器的重量为 24 kg (53 lb)。 3306B 燃油喷油泵壳体和调速器的重量为 32 kg (70 lb)。
- 从喷油泵壳体和调速器上拆下 O 形密封圈。
