Thermostatic Valve - Disassemble

Usage:

G3508 2TJ

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the thermostatic valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Thermostatic Valve - Remove".


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

  1. Remove tubes (1). Remove plug (6).

  2. Remove remaining bolt (7), upper housing (2), O-ring seal (3), thermostat (4), and lower housing (5).

  3. Remove retaining screw (10) and seal (8), if necessary.

  4. Remove bolt (9) and plate (11), if necessary.
