All product support questions need to reference the machine (engine) serial number and service meter hours.
The source software part number and configuration software part number are needed for VIMS equipped machines.
The Version of VIMS-PC, Common Services System (CSS), and Information system Builder (ISB) as well as the type of operating system (Windows, Windows 95), processor type (386, 486, Pentium) and the amount of RAM installed will help the service engineer resolve your support questions.
