- Lower the temperature of bearing (65).
- Use Tooling (G) to install bearing (65).
- Install O-ring seal (66).

- Install rollers (42). Install springs (43).
Note: Springs (43) must be installed with the maximum number of loops toward the outside.

- Raise the temperature of bearing (31). Install bearing (31) onto stator carrier (30).

45 kg (100 lb) . - Position impeller (29) onto stator carrier (30).
- Install retaining ring (28).

100 kg (220 lb) . - Lubricate the seal with a light coat of the fluid being contained.
- Install the seal at location (X). Install torque converter housing (9) and bolts (8).

- Install the seal at location (W).
