Counterweight Cylinder - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Release system pressure.
- Drain the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
- Install locking bolt (1) .

- Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and (5) .

- Remove plate (2). Attach Tooling (A) to pin (3) .
- Attach a suitable lifting device to counterweight cylinder (6). The weight of counterweight cylinder (6) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).
- Use Tooling (A) in order to remove pin (3) .
- Remove plate (7). Attach Tooling (A) to pin (8) .
- Use Tooling (A) in order to remove pin (7) .
- Remove counterweight cylinder (6) .
- Repeat Steps 3 through 9 for the opposite side.
Installation Procedure
- Install counter weight cylinder (6) in the reverse order of removal.
