| 1 | 26 | 290-6884 缸盖紧固件总成 | 按照以下步骤拧紧缸盖螺栓： 请参阅图 1 中的缸盖螺栓拧紧顺序。 装配前，使用清洁的发动机机油轻轻润滑螺栓螺纹。 1. 按照数字顺序，将螺栓 1 至螺栓 26 拧紧至扭矩为 160 ± 15 N·m (118 ± 11 lb ft)。 2. 按照数字顺序，再次将螺栓 1 至螺栓 26 拧紧至扭矩为 160 ± 15 N·m (118 ± 11 lb ft)。 3. 在螺栓 1 至螺栓 26 上做一个标记。 按数字顺序将螺栓 1 到螺栓 26 拧紧 90 度（1/4 圈）。 4. 松开螺栓 1 至螺栓 26，直到螺栓头下方的垫圈松动。 5. 按照数字顺序，将螺栓 1 至螺栓 26 拧紧至扭矩为 160 ± 15 N·m (118 ± 11 lb ft)。 6. 按照数字顺序，再次将螺栓 1 至螺栓 26 拧紧至扭矩为 160 ± 15 N·m (118 ± 11 lb ft)。 7. 在螺栓 1 至螺栓 26 上做一个标记。 按数字顺序将螺栓 1 到螺栓 26 拧紧 90 度（1/4 圈）。 8. 按照数字顺序，将螺栓 27 至螺栓 32 拧紧至扭矩为 28 ± 7 N·m (21 ± 5 lb ft)。 |
