Operator Platform - Remove and Install

Start By:
- Remove the rollover protective structure (ROPS). Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) - Remove and Install".
Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
- Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) .

- Disconnect hose assemblies (3).

- Remove screw (4) and disconnect harness assembly (5) .

- Remove screws (6) and remove connector (7) from the frame.

- Remove clip (10) and disconnect cable assembly (8) .

- Remove nut (9) and disconnect cable assembly (11) .
- Remove bolts (12) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to operator platform (13). Remove operator platform (13) from the machine. The weight of operator platform (13) is approximately 435 kg (960 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to operator platform (13). Install operator platform (13) on the machine. The weight of operator platform (13) is approximately 435 kg (960 lb).

- Install bolts (12) .

- Connect cable assembly (11) and install nut (9) .

- Connect cable assembly (8) and clip (10) .
- Install connector (7) and screws (6) to the frame.
